Improved Quality of Life and Constituent Services

From day one, Emily has prioritized constituent services and always does her best to respond to resident inquiries via email, phone, or social media. In 2020, she was disheartened to witness the City Council majority eliminate the Office of Constituent Affairs. This office was well staffed by an incredibly capable employee who was specifically recruited for this role and did a fantastic job serving as the first stop at City Hall for residents in need of support.

One of the most difficult things about any level of government is to navigate how to access it and where to go to find an answer. Emily will continue to make it her priority to assist all residents with whatever questions or concerns they may have regarding the function of local government.
